The Ballena Suite boasts breathtaking views of the Palapa, Pacific Ocean and Sierra de Laguna Mountain Range. The word ballena in Spanish means “whale,” and during the whale season (Nov – Feb), guests will undoubtedly spot them from the suite’s balcony and even the bathroom.

All four suites are located on the second level, one in each corner of the Villa. The Deluxe Suites face the ocean and the Junior Suites face the Mountain Range, yet all four suites have lovely ocean views.
Rates
- Standard: $250 USD per night (Nov 1 – July 14), Summer: $225 USD per night (July 15 – July 31 & Oct 15 – Oct 31), Closed August 1 – October 14. 16% federal tax and 3% lodging tax additional.
- Rates include welcome margaritas, tray of coffee/tea delivered to your door in the morning, continental breakfast with an egg dish, fine cotton bathrobes and Wifi Internet.
- Room rates are double occupancy. Deluxe Suites can accommodate one additional adult or two children, depending on ages. $30 USD additional per person per night (add tax).
